At first I was like cool ok Barack’s not going to let the media tell him what to do - he stood up
for this guy and was able to expand the race discussion with that great speech he gave. Then this idiot preacher basically throws gas on the fire instead of just letting sleeping dogs lie. At that point it was like he cared more about himself then Barack who gave Wright a graceful way out of the limelight. I’m glad Barack responded the way he did
and basically disowned Wright. Wright is just as bad as McCain’s (McBush) crazy preacher Pastor Hagee who says the Catholic Church conspired with Nazis against the Jews and that Hurricane Katrina was God’s retribution for homos.
No one seems to notice that the fundamentalists all over the world are saying crazy ass shit-
The muslims, the christians, the left, and the right — all have these dangerous fools.
Meanwhile, while we’re distracted by this all this nonsense, people are losing homes, the US dollar is in the shitter, China is emerging as the next superpower, unemployment is skyrocketing, our country lost all its credibility, the stock markets are plummeting, our defense is in shambles, and our soldiers are committing suicide at an alarming rate.
Wright does have a right to say whatever he wants, so does Hagee, but I wish the distraction games would stop. We’re hurting and the govt wont help, the preachers are insane, and I’m so afraid
that McCain will end up extended the Bush admin policies if we don’t start focusing on what’s important.

this sums up my state of mind..
I am strrrrrrrrrrrreeeessssssssssssed out.
think its family, bills, kids, job…nah..
I am emotionally drained/strained.
I am aware that a death, illness, divorce, even just moving or changing jobs in supposed to be pretty high on tension scale.
Can you help me?
I cannot for the life of me come up with my problem…other than not wanting to venture out of bed … or talk to other humans.

You are well versed in ‘potential stressors’.
The key word here is ‘potential’
Situations that cause stress are unavoidable, it is how we react to them that counts.
We cant control all the events, people, and places in our lives that place demands on us, but we can learn to accept those things we cannot change. and learn to manage how we deal with them.
In your case I would check out why it is you have INSOMNIA…this is usually cause by chronic stress, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep - can interfere with our body’s mechanism for recovering and repairing itself.
Not being able to sleep prvents us from recognizing and dealing with our problems rationally.
