Life we are handed, death we have no clue, and in between is now, right?
I have never been a follower, have maybe missed out on some good times [probably]….but what I am referring to is making weird friends on-line…whether you tweet them on Twitter, or face them on Face book, or give up [your life] space on My-space…it is a large waste of time…unless you are so goddamn lonely or ugly your worst fear would be to sit across the table from someone and actually converse…[lost art]…you really don’t need to reach out to people who don’t know you, don’t want to know you and ‘ frankly my dear don’t really give a damn’ about you. Be vigilant on what you share of your life with these strangers…
Forget the teens that are video-taping themselves in their bedrooms… in lewd positions…thinking it’s a real hoot..[a turn - on] never realizing some A-hole, in Germany is taping your crotch to his fridge, and making travel plans to get to your home town…to taste the merchandise…Forget that…no patience for complete insanity!!! and about that— [insanity] have you caught a glimpse of the morons with their asses out up at the bus stop? Look ~~~I kid you not- they are cinching thier belts around their knees…and offering up their underwear to the general public… without any thought as to how mentally challenged they look~~
and yet it is the adults who make me wonder about their mental capacity those of you who spend their evenings and week ends….playing word games with other idiots..and forgetting that life is just outside the window…naw…I’m not going to get all poetic on your ass.. I am just completely confused on when and where we all decided that cell phones, texting, and logging on at all hours was better than sitting across from each other, eye to eye…and actually conversing..[that's talking to the unenlightened out there]…It’s a lost art..
Don’t get me wrong I own and use all the latest gadgets…but they don’t use me ~~~ I use them !
All kinds of script shortcuts…texting..not sexting…can be fun…info in...that’s it.
So many sign off with “X’s” we all know to stand for ‘kisses…but did you know that X’s were first used in ancient days, when few people knew how to write, they would simply sign an X’ to show their agreement, then ‘kiss’ the mark to emphasize their sincerity?
