Eat real food.

That means water. Staying hydrated (8 glasses a day) keeps you full in all the right ways and energized throughout the day. It’s also good for your skin, if you’re into that kind of thing. When it comes to booze, be smart and practice moderation whenever possible.
Move your body.
Come on. There are endless ways to workout these days; there’s even such a thing as deskercise, so… get moving. Exercise lowers your risk of disease, strengthens your bones and muscles, and improves your mood.
Meditate.
This is just a suggestion, but meditation before bed has been shown to have incredible benefits, not just for your mental state, but your physcial health as well – stress is an actual killer. Turning off your technology, literally and mentally unplug from the worries of the day.
Sleep.
Sleep is the time to recharge and restore, its crucial for your mental and physical wellness, keeping your heart healthy, your brain happy, and boosts you up to your best waking self. (Experts recommend 7-8 hours a night.)
Get your check ups.
It should be a given, but it’s totally not. Get your annual check ups. It’s. Once. A. Year. Your body, mind and soul will thank you later.
